During my stay, I faced several challenges. The breakfast was a struggle with limited options and stale items, and the dining area was overcrowded. Additionally, the reception staff seemed unhelpful when I requested basic amenities like a hairdryer. The second floor was excessively noisy due to staff traffic, making it hard to relax.

Had an amazing stay with great breakfast variety and clean, comfortable rooms. Though room service was a bit slow, I'd definitely come back again!

i almost thought this place might be decent, but then the incessant noise from housekeeping ruined everything. plus, i had to ask multiple times for a hair dryer, shocking for an 'express' hotel. woudl've been nice to be upgraded, but guess i'm just a 'regular' guest.

The washbasin is poorly designed and spills water all over the floor. you’ll find yourself dodging puddles after washing your hands. The dining options are frustratingly limited with reheated pre-packaged food served that lacks taste and quality. Breakfast is minimal to the point of disappointment, with long waits for items to be replenished. Not to mention, the phone system is a mess, requiring you to press multiple buttons just to get through to reception for any requests.
